I Don't Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Program?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in our programs.
Some only have their last 5 or 10 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability, more muscle/strength and the family environment.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a week free trial. If Shredd isn't a good fit for you after the week then you will not be charged any more than the $1 you put down to reserve your spot.
Once you receive the meal plan, your inBody scan or attended your first class or small group after the week trial you will receive a 50% refund if you can not finish the program. If you have an illness or vacation we can freeze your program.
